Summer is just around the corner! Don’t forget that hot weather increases your need for water, and that thirst is not a good indicator of dehydration (once you’re thirsty you’re already dehydrated!). A good rule of thumb for water intake is to drink half of your body weight in ounces. Bottoms up!
