ARE YOU GOING NUTS?

In an effort to eat healthier snacks many of you maybe turning to raw almonds (or other nuts) for a low sugar/low-glycemic snack. This is great! If you are trying to lose weight, however, it’s essential that you look at the amount. Nuts are calorically dense, and if you’re ‘nut’ paying attention, you could be easily adding too many extra calories!
